Mr. Shubham Dhadiwal serves as Director of Development at 1XL Infra & Real Estate Development LLC, overseeing project execution, delivery standards, and development strategy across the company’s residential and commercial portfolio in the UAE. A Civil Engineering graduate from Pune University, he brings over 10 years of hands-on experience in real estate and property operations, combining technical expertise with a strong understanding of construction quality, project timelines, and asset performance.
Under his leadership, 1XL Infra’s development pipeline is driven by structured planning, proactive site supervision, and a commitment to delivering projects that meet investor expectations while creating long-term market value.
