Job Description
Job Title: Videographer/ Photographer cum Editor
Company Name: 1XL Infra & Real Estate Development LLC
Location: Dubai, UAE
Employment Type: Full-Time (On-Site)
Working Hours: Monday to Saturday, 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM
Experience Required: Minimum 2 years (Real-estate experience preferred)
Salary: AED 4,000 – AED 6,000
Joining: Immediate preferred
Primary work location: Burj Khalifa Office + on-site property filming across Dubai as required.
Reports to: Digital Marketing Manager
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, shoot, and edit high-quality video content for real-estate projects, founder-led communication, marketing campaigns, and corporate branding
- Film professional-grade content including property showcases, corporate interviews, market videos, site visits, and event coverage
- Apply strong cinematic skills such as framing, lighting, stabilization, composition, shot planning, and camera movement
- Edit videos using professional editing tools with cinematic pacing, music-synced storytelling, transitions, and sound design
- Perform colour correction, colour grading, audio cleanup, and export platform-ready files
- Create social-media-ready short-form videos including reels, highlights, and teasers
- Work closely with the Marketing & Social Media team to plan content, shoots, and publishing timelines
- Maintain an organized archive of footage, edits, and project files
- Ensure all visual output reflects a premium Dubai-developer brand standard
- Support creative direction, script execution, concept development, and storytelling
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a Videographer / Video Editor (Real-estate filming experience preferred)
- Strong portfolio demonstrating professional-grade filming and editing (not basic mobile edits)
- Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro (mandatory)
- Experience with Final Cut Pro / DaVinci Resolve / After Effects / CapCut is a strong plus
- Proven understanding of cinematic shooting, lighting, sound, storytelling, and music-synced editing
- Experience creating marketing and brand-driven content
- Knowledge of UAE real-estate filming style and industry expectations preferred
- Drone filming experience is an advantage
- Strong communication skills and professional work ethic
- Detail-oriented, deadline-driven, and visually creative
- Candidates with their own professional filming and photography equipment will be preferred. Company equipment support may also be provided.
