It is for a strategic brand guardian who understands the prestige of a Burj Khalifa-based developer. You will lead the full content lifecycle: from 7-day strategic planning and AI-assisted scripting to high-end visual design and synchronized multi-channel publishing. If you can translate complex real estate assets into elite digital narratives for global investors with zero hand-holding, this role is for you.
Key Highlights:
- Plan, create, and publish daily posts, reels, carousels, and stories.
- Develop and maintain a comprehensive 7-day rolling social media content calendar.
- Manage and professionally align group-level social media accounts across multiple channels and platforms.
- Take full ownership of the website’s “News & Insights” section, including weekly blog and SEO management.
- Design high-quality, project-based, and investor-centric content using Canva, Photoshop, or Illustrator.
- Write polished English captions and scripts aligned with the brand’s professional tone.
- Utilize AI tools like ChatGPT or Gemini for content research, idea generation, and scriptwriting.
- Support founder-led storytelling and corporate brand communication videos.
- Track performance insights and engagement metrics to suggest data-driven improvements.
- Engage professionally with followers through direct messages, comments, and replies.
- Execute all phases of the content lifecycle independently, from planning to final publishing.
- Ensure 100% brand consistency and visual quality across all group-level digital touchpoints.
Videographer-cum-Editor

This role is suited for professionals with strong real-estate filming experience and advanced post-production skills, who understand Dubai-level developer standards and can deliver visuals far beyond basic mobile or template-based editing.

• Plan, film & edit high-quality cinematic video content

• Apply professional filming techniques, framing, lighting, stabilization & composition
