Job Description

Job Title: Social Media Specialist (Group Level)
Company Name: 1XL Infra & Real Estate Development LLC
Location: Dubai, UAE
Employment Type: Full-Time (On-Site)
Working Hours: Monday to Saturday, 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM
Experience Required: Minimum 2 years (Real-estate / UAE experience preferred)
Salary: AED 4,000 – AED 6,000

Primary Work Location: Burj Khalifa Office
Reports To: Digital Marketing Manager

Key Responsibilities

1. Content Strategy & Multi-Brand Ownership
  • Strategic Planning: Develop and maintain a 7 day rolling content calendar for all entities. Present weekly themes and strategies for approval, then execute all phases independently.
  • Group-Level Account Management: Manage and post across all group-level social media accounts. Ensure that posting is professionally aligned and synchronized across multiple channels and platforms to maintain a unified group identity.
  • Visual Identity: Ensure 100% brand consistency across all visual touchpoints, guaranteeing every creative reflects the specific brand tone and visual guidelines of the respective group entity.
  • Investor-Centric Messaging: Guarantee that all messaging remains aligned with the brand tone and focuses on providing data-driven value to investors and stakeholders.
  • Strategic Repurposing: Efficiently repurpose core content across multiple platforms to maximize reach while maintaining a cohesive narrative across the entire group.
2. Creative Production & AI Integration
  • Multi-Format Creation: Design high-quality posters, reels, carousels, stories, short videos, and static creatives for project-based visuals, brand announcements, and corporate updates.
  • AI-Driven Productivity: Leverage advanced AI tools (ChatGPT, Gemini, etc.) for efficient content ideation, research, and creation.
  • Video & Scripting: Support the Videography and Marketing teams with scriptwriting, creative planning, and storyboarding for reels, brand videos, and founder-led communication.
3. Website & Editorial Management
  • News & Insights Ownership: Take full ownership of the website’s “News & Insights” section.
  • Blog & SEO Management: Research, write, and upload weekly blogs, project updates, and market news to boost SEO rankings and keep stakeholders informed on the latest developments.
4. Optimization, Analytics & Engagement
  • Performance Tracking: Monitor platform trends, algorithms, and best practices to optimize content for reach, engagement, and retention across all group accounts.
  • Data-Driven Growth: Track performance insights and proactively recommend content improvements based on analytics.
  • Community Management: Engage professionally with the audience by managing comments, DMs, and replies to maintain a high standard of investor relations across all platforms.
  • Campaign Support: Coordinate closely with the wider marketing team to plan and execute large-scale digital campaigns.

Requirements

  • 2 years of experience in Social Media, Content Creation, or Digital Marketing
  • Experience working with a real estate developer or brokerage in the UAE
  • Knowledge of marketing tools (Canva, Photoshop, META, SEO basics).
  • Strong proficiency in English (written & spoken). Polished grammar is essential
  • Experience using AI tools for content productivity and ideation
  • Understanding of branding, audience psychology, and digital storytelling
  • Knowledge of social scheduling or publishing tools
  • Ability to take complete ownership of planning, execution, scheduling, and publishing, not only designing
