Job Description

Job Title: Sales Manager
Company Name: 1XL Infra & Real Estate Development LLC
Location: Dubai, UAE
Employment Type: Full-Time (Work from Office/Site)
Working Hours: Monday to Saturday, 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM
Salary: AED 6,000 – AED 12,000 per month (Performance-Based Incentive Applicable)
Experience Required: Minimum 6 years (UAE/Gulf experience preferred)
Joining: Immediate preferred
Reports To: Higher Management

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and execute investment sales initiatives for real estate and infrastructure projects valued at approximately AED 25 million+
  • Build & Lead a team of Sales Executives with proper trainings related to Real Estate and 1XL Infra Projects
  • Work on the The marketing leads provided but expected to leverage their own network and clients too
  • Engage with High-Net-Worth Individuals (HNWIs), family offices, private wealth clients, and institutional investors
  • Present investment proposals, financial summaries, yield structures, and ROI projections
  • Manage the complete sales lifecycle, from investor engagement to deal closure
  • Coordinate negotiations with internal legal, finance, and management teams
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with strategic investors and capital partners
  • Work with qualified leads generated by the marketing team
  • Leverage personal investor networks to create additional opportunities
  • Track market trends, investor activity, and comparable transactions
  • Ensure compliance with UAE real estate regulations and company policies
  • Provide regular pipeline updates and structured reports to management

Requirements

  • Minimum 6 years of experience in investment sales, capital markets, or developer-side real estate sales
  • Proficient in English & Arabic is a must
  • Experience handling large-ticket or portfolio-level transactions valued at AED 100 million is preferred
  • Prior exposure to HNWIs, family offices, private wealth, or institutional clients
  • Strong understanding of investment fundamentals, yields, and exit strategies
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
  • Familiarity with the UAE/Gulf real estate market is preferred
  • High level of professionalism, discretion, and commercial judgment
